You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • The item is not a sale or clearance item (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

  • The item is not a personal or hygiene-related product (e.g., undergarments).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@srihariapparels.in within the eligible return period.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. We will provide return instructions and an address for sending the product.

  4. Once the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 07 Days to the original mode of payment.
